      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI I've just ordered a new SIM only deal [transfer from Sky] but I have selected the wrong one - I needed the 25GB/month not the unlimited&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I phoned up &amp;amp; was advised to text return to 150 but this message fails to send, please can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Katie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4459448"&gt;@katiegarrod78&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sending messages to 150 is only available from EE SIMs. I would advise waiting for the SIM to arrive and then attempting the method that the guide over the phone suggested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having issues getting your SIM returned, contact 150 via call from your EE SIM and provide your details and the situation. I am sure one of the guides in the contact centre will be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
