transfer time from three to ee

hi all I've been waiting since Saturday 13/07/24 for my phone to b switched to ee from three

and its still not done

do i need a ee sim card to do this ?

Port-ins are actioned on a working day basis.

I assume you submitted your PAC after ~5pm on Friday or during the weekend, in which case it was submitted on Monday.

On that basis, your port-in should be today, Tuesday.

still not on ee i cannot contact them as it says im not an ee customer and just hangs up on me ?

where do i go from here ?

ok thanks got through in the end there was a problem with three not authorizing this but should b ok now

now a EE advisor seems to of sorted it no now got to wait until tomorrow
