MY sim is not working although account in credit I require a replacement sim how do I order to be delivered to my UK account I am on extended trip outside UK and contact EE is impossibly hard

Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will be sent to your registered UK addy. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

It needs to be used for a call or text in UK before being used abroad.

Where are you? Why do think it's not working?

Are you on contract or PAYG?
