      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem. However, in addition I have&amp;nbsp; not inserted one sim yet but BT have disconnected the number. 4 lines and no-one can make or receive a call to any number. How do we contact support services?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Borrowed a phone, got through and it appears 2 SIMs were sent already activated&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;2 to be activated, but to top it all&amp;nbsp; all 4 were data only!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not impressed with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I await my itemised bill to see what else they forgot to port over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a happy bunny. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well well Leanne&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now cannot make calls because Bill has not been paid!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When ported a BT account&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Broadband, TV and mobile I gave all bank details to Natasha to transfer account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband has be debited but appears the mobile data has not been set up!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So outgoing calls cannot be made as bill not paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So first sim was data only and now after borrowing phones to get that resolved we don't have a live line because your administration did not submit my direct debit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come on. Get this sorted.&amp;nbsp; I am beginning to understand why I left EE years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A very annoyed Martin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you managed to speak with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; about this yet? If you're still able to borrow another phone to get through, they should be able to look into why it wasn't set up and get you active again as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
