      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do i go about getting a PUK code to unlock my phone? i have a ee pone but giffaff sim. EE says to do log in to myEE, o to home, then plans &amp;amp; subscriptions but there is no option for this. thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
