      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;my ex cancelled my last sim, I ordered a new sim under my name to put in my phone and it’s not working, and EE won’t let me get another phone. I’m not 100% sure where I’m going with this or what to do but yes, is there any way I can make my phone work again on another sim?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4447436"&gt;@miad123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If the device has been network blocked it’ll not work with any sim, &amp;nbsp;if only the sim was cancelled then the device will still work with a new sim. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; When did you get this sim as it can take up to 24 hours to activate provided the device isn’t network blocked. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Did the last sim contract also include this device? &amp;nbsp;And you’ll probably not know this but had the device been reported lost/stolen ? &amp;nbsp; If this device was purchased by yourself then you can request the device to be unblocked by calling customer support the device wasn’t owned by your ex, &amp;nbsp;you will probably need to provide proof that you legally own the device provided it wasn’t part of a full device contract that was takeout in your ex name at any point. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
