I’ve just taken out a new contract and have given my pac code to EE from Vodafone, how long will it take to transfer my number?

You'll first receive your new phone/SIM on a temporary number to allow activation. When you first switch your new phone on with the EE SIM, it will be active on that temporary number and the PAC will then be submitted.

Providing you do that before approx 4pm on a working weekday, your number will be ported-in the next working day. If you do this later in the day or on a weekend, the PAC will be submitted the next working day, and number ported in the working day after that.
