Keeping previous phone number when getting a new contract

Hi, wondering if you can help.. my daughter has just got her first contract and would like to keep her number that is registered to my account. Can anyone advise me of how to do this?

Is your daughter's current number with EE or another operator? And is she on PAYG?

Same question for your existing account. The answers to these questions will dictate the process required to follow.

We are both on contract with EE.

To clarify.. is your daughter currently on an EE contract? Or is she currently on EE PAYG?

I think what you're asking, is how to transfer an EE pay-monthly number billed on account 1234, onto account 5678 and replace an existing number. Can you confirm? And if I'm wrong, feel free to correct.
