Hi, I need someone's help please. My Esim has completely died after I got the text that my number had been transfered. I can't call or text Customer Support and Mobile Data does not work?

I raised a complaint as that was the only way I could get in touch outside of finding a payphone. Can you check on it please? My email is

Thanks

[mod edit: removed personal details from the forum]

Complaints are usually acknowledged within 5 working days and then resolved on a 28day basis. Also posting your email address on a public internet forum is an open invitation to spammers, I'd recommend editing that out unless the site admiins beat you to it.

You can contact EE CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone, or 0800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
