Not receiving texts or otp

I recently migrated from Lyca to Ee and I don’t receive texts or otp. I’m unable to access lots of my apps on my new phone. I even tried reaching 150 and I’ve not been able to get any help at all

Hello @Idkay_

Is your main contact number correct? If not you can change this online via the EE ID.

You should also receive OTPs via your email or secondary mobile number as a back up solution.

issue with just EE or every OTP?

I’m not receiving any otps at all.
I’m also unsure how to change the ID you’re referring to.

When did your number transfer complete, @Idkay_?

Have you restarted your phone since?
