Obtained a PAC from Sky, provided it to EE as part of the sign up process.</P><P>I have requested an eSIM and understand that there should be a confirmation email with instructions on how to download this. It has only been an hour since I completed my order, but I have yet to receive an email with eSIM instructions.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />From some Google research, I have seen some commentators suggest that the eSIM can only be activated once a physical SIM card is received from EE and inserted into the phone. Surely this is not the case?
