I am abroad and I haven't been using my EE sim card so it has been suspended I also have forgotten the email that I used to pay the bills, so now I have no way of activating the sim card, is there any way that I can use the number to see what email I used?

@Arnoria No, you’ll have to call customer service about this or use FAST PAYMENT to make that payment

when I try to use fast payment I get the following error:

"We can’t load this information

Not your fault, it's ours. We’re working hard to fix it. Please try again."

I had 5GB of Data, 500 minutes, and an unlimited text pack when I got it but it's expired now, I had the sim in my phone about 8 days ago and still could get messages but nothing now.
