&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 24 hours for your SIM to activate, although it's usually much quicker.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it still isn't working tomorrow, please get in touch with Customer Care on &lt;STRONG&gt;07953 966 150&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I ordered new EE sim, and I wanted to keep my old number (giff gaff), completed all the steps sent the PAC number.&lt;BR /&gt;Received today new ee sim, but there is no signal in it. is that normal??&lt;BR /&gt;Do I need to wait 24hour for activation? so the whole transfer is completed? so far giff gaff number is still active.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The SIM card should register once installed in an EE or unlocked device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try restarting the phone and see if an EE signal shows?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi Leanne,&lt;BR /&gt;I restarted the phone and still no signal. I called the number provided with the sim and its stated that i dialled incorrect number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Where the signal bar is its only shows ! and EE emergency Calls only, so not sure if there is any way to activate that sim or I need another sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes in UK.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its pay as you go with subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My phone is not locked to any network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its dual sim moto g23, i swapped around the sim slots and the giff gaff sim works perfectly in both slots, where EE dont.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
