eSIM can’t make or receive phone calls

Hi, I am new to the community.

I had just converted my physical EE sim to esim. I was able to use the data but I just couldn’t make or receive any phone calls

i have tried to restart my phone without the physical SIM card however the same problem persists.

would like to know if there is anything that I can do to fix it?

Can you send & receive text messages?

What happens when you try making a call?

Please check with customer support at 150 to refresh your SIM/account.

Hi everyone,

it took me a couple of hours before I was able to make/ receive a phone call.
I guess in my case, I didn’t do anything extra except for waiting.
