    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue; i had requested a replacement eSIM, and it was asking for a verification code. Therefore, I just called EE, and they were able to bypass the verification code some way, and give me a step by step tutorial on how to get the eSIM activated, and ready to go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll need to request a physical sim first then convert to esim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
