      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i recently damaged my phone and i am trying to set up a new phone but i do not have a physical sim card and to activate my esim which i used on my last phone it is trying to text my number which i dont have access to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone please help me out as soon as possible as i need my phone to be accessable for my work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue as it says it wants to send me a text to activate sim but the sim stopped working hence I need a new one and when i call 150 i go in loops and can talk to a physical person and it checks the line I am calling on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
