I’ve just today cancelled my contract with another company and signed up with ee- using this new eSIM. To note: I am keeping my number which says it will be transferred over when my eSIM is activated. I received an email informing me of how to activate my eSIM, Which it said to register an account and to use my temporary number when prompted for a number. I registered my account but was not asked for a mobile number. I went to add it as my contact number to see if that would work, but needed a passcoade which i obviously can’t get as the number is not yet set up. It’s driving me crazy! I’ve tried calling but line is always busy… does anyone have a solution? Thankyou in advance
