Mobile number issues after porting

Hi,

i have an issue - my mobile number was moved from old provider (BT) to EE a week or so ago. Number ported, received confirmation etc. but whenever i send text messages, it still comes up as a EE sim card number, not my ported old number. When I call everything is ok, my old number comes up. Any ideas why this happens and how it can be sorted out, please?

If this is still happening, it points it it potentially being an issue with the original number port. If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this for you and try to fix.
