switched too EE from another carrier number transfer completed no out going call

I have recently switched from UW to EE. and while I have had the confirmation the switch has been sucessfull i cant make calls out. Iv tried switching my phone on and off and even done a soft reset of my Iphone 14 Plus but still cant make calls. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it?
