&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try and activate the eSIM?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leanne_T&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried with the QR Code first, after 10-15 mins I got an error saying the Activation Failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried through the app and repeatedly got an error saying unable to activate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did also ring Customer Services and they are sending another QR Code through the post but I am unsure that it will work if the first one failed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just received the esim in the post and it has still failed, it is really frustrating that I cannot use this as I need to now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. I recommend getting in touch with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; again so they can continue with the troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;
