    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4395729"&gt;@Dave702&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You have to call customer services to get the PAC for the number and only the account holder can speak with customer service unless you have gave permission for customer services to take calls from this person. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can not obtain the PAC via text message it’s a multi line account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
