    <description>&lt;P&gt;When, specifically, did you provide your PAC to CS? It should ordinarily have been ported-in the following working day, provided it was submitted before approx 5pm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your next call should be to EE CS, they have access to your individual account and can check it &amp;amp; your port-in status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Number not working after porting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happened:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Provided PAC code when order was placed for new SIM (didn't port number)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Filled in the form to port my number but it didn't work&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then I called customer service said it would port the next day but wouldn't happen&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Not sure how to fix it at this point &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to call either default or my number I want to port just says its not in service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
