Did not work for me the number still shows as all 0000000000

What's your issue, and what didn't work? Are you using Apple or Android?

The thread you'd added to was over 2years old so the advice was potentially outdated. Better to start a new thread explaining your query - it's been done for you now. Just use the reply function in this post.
