Hi there,

I know plusnet is going to be closing their services so I decided to switch to EE. I done the whole process but im unsure of the number who is calling me regarding on my EE sim.

01942901395 is the number calling me regarding on my swap. It's to do with security reasons before I can get my sim etc. Another will then call me 08000285085 after the first phone call to finalise payment for my EE sim.

Is this a scam?
