      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've added to quite an old thread that had some out-of-date advice in it, so yours is now a new post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What's the issue you have? It's always useful to have access to another phone incase of an issue with your main service - can you borrow a phone from a friend or relative? Using a web-calling app such Skype over a WiFi-connection is another option if it's EE-CS you need to call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
