      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Received PAC code on Saturday, contract changed from o2 to EE on the following Tuesday afternoon. I followed instructions by texting PORT to 150 and followed the instructions. Last message I had was “there’s been a problem, we will contact you in 24hrs” it’s been 44hrs and I’ve heard nothing. Please tell me my number isn’t lost…… HELP!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've already provided your PAC to EE, then this problem looks specific to you - I recommend contacting EE CS on 150, they have access to your individual account and can advise further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
