Sim not provisioned

Got my sim with my phone contract and I put in into the phone, the sim is not registered 24 hours after I first put it in. I have tried all the EE recommendations but none helped. I cannot call or text and no one can to me. I dont know how to use the sim card.

I recommend giving our Mobile Care team a call from another phone, or popping into your nearest EE Store, so that our help team can check the SIM registration.

Hello Chris, thank you for the advice. I will ensure to follow both of those steps if the care team is unable to resolve my issue.
