    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have changed your SIM PIN and forgotten it, your only option will be to enter it incorrectly 3 times and then use a PUK to unlock your SIM. You can obtain a PUK from your myEE online account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Entering a PUK incorrectly 10 times will permanently block your SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
