&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the SIM may need to be registered. If you are able to access your EE App, there's a live chat service for pay monthly customers in the 'help' section. They may be able to help you with this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sim issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New sim received as old one faulty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Inserted without problem.&amp;nbsp; No EE connection&amp;nbsp; just says emergency calls only where EE should be. I've switched off and on again but no difference.&amp;nbsp; Can't contact EE because can't use phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
