So since am with EE SIM plan only I have transferred my old number to EE SIM plan, but every time I text anyone from my phone the EE SIM new number delivery the text, I mean even though the old number has transferred for some reason some time when I text someone it goes through my ee number not an old number but no body can call on my new EE number if someone needs to call me then they have to use my old number...how to fix that prib

When did your port-in complete? Have you received a text confirming the same?

Are you using an Apple phone or Android?

Yes, when I transferred the number..I did get messaged saying it's now transferred successfully .

I recommend getting in touch with our technical support team so they can look into your number port to see if it has been completed fully.
