Buying eSIm

Why is it absolutely difficult to order an eSIM from the EE website. I have been searching for last 15 minutes just to order an eSIM, however there is no clear option or information to guide me how to buy an eSIM. I also went through the community page and looked at the question raised by other users as well who are having the same issue. I am not sure what the EE cusotmer support team is doing, even after looking at this permanent issue. Even the links provided in the responses were not helpful. I don't know how to buy a SIM. Do they really want to do business?

It is an absolute disappointment to search how to order a SIM in 2024, OMG!!!

Are you on PAYG? There are no eSIMs for that.

If you are wanting a contract, 1st you buy a SIM contract in the ordinary way & when you've got it, you convert it to eSIM.

I am not a EE customer, but I want to buy one. Whether it is PAYG or PM.

SIM only

PAYG won't get you an eSIM.

That's fine, I read a lot of comments saying PAYG does not provide eSIM.
There is no such information mentioned on EE website though.

How would PM give me an eSIM? Can you please help with that?

As I said, buy a contract SIM & then convert it to eSIM.
