Are you currently using a temporary number from EE?

Have you tried filling out the online PAC form?

I went to a physical store to switch. Provide the PAC and they gave me an EE sim with new number saying that it will take up to24 h to transfer

It was on Thursday morning. And they said up to 24 hours

Hi @RGeorgieva.

I just wanted to check that it was not Friday as ports don't happen over the weekend.

That's absolutely right what the store have advised, usually if submitted before 5pm we will aim to complete the number transfer by midnight the following day.

As this has not transferred I would recommend giving our customer care team a call on 150 and they will be able to provide you with an update.
