&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the EE Community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you would need to have to the contract reconnected first before EE could issue you a PAC code if you call 0800 956 6000 select option 2 then option 4 a EE guide will be able to access your account and discuss if they are able to reconnect your service.&lt;/P&gt;
