Hi. I lost my sim card abroad. Would it possible to have a new one sent to my home address in London? I´d then get it when I return, by January 15th 2024.

Btw, I can´t communicate with EE via phone call. For some reason, the indicated number is not accessible when calling from where I presently am.

To report a SIM lost and stolen you will need to call +44 7953 966 250.

Lost my sim card. I am still abroad as I write this but will land in the UK in the next 10 hours. Can I get an electric sim?

If you're on a pay monthly contract and have a compatible device, you can request a replacement eSIM.
