Number transfer

I am trying to move my 02 number to EE. I have entered my Pac code and pin code from EE, when I enter my EE number and my O2 number the EE site tells me the EE number is incorrect but its not. Can someone advise please.

@Chris5271 If the online form doesn’t recognise your O2 PAC code you’ll need to call customer services so they can sort this for you. Even if you manage to do this today your number will not be migrated until Tuesday as number ports do not start or happen over a weekend. It takes up to 24 hours to migrate number so it’ll not start until Monday.

Hi, sorry maybe I wasn't clear. My pac code was fine, it didn't recognise my current EE number even though It is correct.

It may be worth contacting your new provider to see if they're able to process the number transfer request manually.
