    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4302394"&gt;@zaver&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to Call EE to get the Sim Card Activated.&amp;nbsp; However seeing as your Sim Card isn't working you can call EE free on Skype over WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone &amp;amp; Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband &amp;amp; Home Phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had recently my phone stolen and I got a replacement phone. I ordered a new sim card at my home but the sim card is not working. At the shop they don't accept my passport because it's been expired this February. My card is a contract. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
