    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently transferred over from BT Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I activated the new EE SIM on 28th March, but the porting request still not complete.&amp;nbsp; I have restarted multiple times.&amp;nbsp; I also appear to be unable to make calls, so I cannot call EE on the suggested helpline.&amp;nbsp; How do I know when my number has been ported?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should have received a text message from EE the working day after PAC submission, to confirm your port-in is complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't, or there's an issue with your service afterwards, EE CS have access to your individual account and should be your next port-of-call. 150 from your EE mobile or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
