I just received a new Sim as the other one was damaged I received the same number but am unable to use my phone to make calls or received calls

Did you make sure that it was a replacement SIM card?

If you are unable to make or receive calls, I suggest you ring customer service and they should be able to sort this out for you, you can do this by either using Skype or another phone with the free number below.
