      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why, what happened to it while you were on hols? When did you last use it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was a PAYG SIM that went into hibernation &amp;amp; it's been longer than 9 months you've lost it &amp;amp; its no. for good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
