Hi, curious about something. If EE is struggling to get a physical EE sim card to my address. Am i able to request an E-sim?

Not if you are on PAYG. eSIMs are only available on contract.

I am on a 24 month contract sim.

@Shaun194 , you also need to first have a physical SIM card from EE before changing to an E-sim and as @XRaySpeX has written this only applies to contract customers not pay as you go.

EE sent 2 sim cards out to me. 1 of which is replacement. Because its
exceeded over days. There's been issues with the post in my area. With it
seems both Sim cards being lost by Royal Mail. Should I be eligible for an
e-sim in this situation

Hi, it basically asks for the number in which the physical sim card is not here. so i cant get it activated. would i be able to text EE and request for them to help getting it activated!

it asks for a one-time code to the new number. but how am i supposed to get that without the physical sim card which is near impossible to get here at the moment due to Royal Mail issues.

Do you live near an EE Store? If so, you could pop in and get a replacement physical SIM or eSIM.

This requires ID. I only have letters off EE. not government-issued IDs.

Hi Shaun194 did you get an E-sim? I am having the same issue after having my phone stolen. I was advised to go to the nearest store (which was far away from me ) and the one they ordered to be sent I the post this would be none usuable because then after a day the sim from store stopped working. After sitting on the phone for hours trying to get through to the store. I had to press different options to get to speak to someone. To be told I should not have been told that because there is o way to stop the one ordered and it will be activated before it it sent. I was told it will come today but last post has been a d still not here. Unless they are sent via courier. May need to try and get the e-sum if it worked for you. Can you advise how you go about this to please

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent via second class post, not by courier, so depending on your post, it should normally take between 2-5 days.

You can only get an ESim if you already have a SIM card and are on monthly contract, at the moment not available on pay as you go.
