    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a EE PAYG old sim, and i want a new replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now at overseas, so i have to ask EE to send the replacement sim to my friends home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and asked him to activate the sim for me in UK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but then when he sent it to me, the sim got lost in post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can i do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The SIM has been lost, so you should report it so via the "lost &amp;amp; stolen" process - contact CS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should reissue a replacement SIM sent to your UK address, your friend can activate it in the UK and then post it to you again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
