Hi there I am soo lost I can’t get my sim to work and it says a need my PUK code thing and I don’t have any way to access it online and I don’t have any other mobile devices to be able to contact them on

Hi there my phone had broke and the guy who had fixed it was sorting my sim but I don’t know my puk code and do not have access to be able to phone or do it online as my phone won’t receive the messages

@Louise810 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
