    <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred my old mobile number from ID mobile, and I got my STAC code from ID mobile to send to the EE transfer application 1 month ago. After 10 minutes, I received an email from EE, which told me I had made the transfer successfully. But from now on, 1 month later, I didn't get any message or tips to tell me I transferred my old number to EE, and the new number is still in my EE account, I don't know why. What's more, I call 150 and they told me they will recall me in 10 mins which they miss out again??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It just moves you from 1 network to another. You needed to ask for your PAC from the old network to port your no.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but I can't log into my ID mobile account any more, which means the old mobile number from the old one is eliminated, and they didn't tell me if I should use PAC or STAC which one is more suitable. Also, I can't log into my previous mobile account, so I can't get my PAC number so far. Should I call ID mobile to get my PAC number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A PAC transfers your mobile number and cancels your old contract, a STAC just cancels your old contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have given EE your STAC, then the code is operating as designed by cancelling your old contract &amp;amp; terminating your number. You no longer have an "old" mobile number to request a PAC for, it has been released and is no longer yours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
