      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am received mail from EE when I ordered replacement SIM.it says thanks for your order.And you will get your replacement SIM within 2-5 working days.but after that Iam not receiving any emails about status of order from EE and Royal mail as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;SIM orders are sent by post with no tracking. They can take up to 5 working days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have not received the SIM by the end of the week please call us and the team will check this for you. You can also request a replacement SIM card in an EE store if you take photo ID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
