    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sim Card keeps cutting out. Sometimes turning phone off helps but not any more. AM trying to report the fault as I assume they have to send me a new one. Went to 'Contact Us' on web page and they have no email address or live IT chat just a phone number. I can't use phone as have no sim! What to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS. I hate how a company I pay a monthly fee to refers me to other customers to sort out issues. Was thinking of getting internet via EE but not so sure now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
