Esim set up but was sent in post . How do inactive it

Hello

I added an esim option to my google.pixel 4a.

The operator said he couldn't email.me QR code to down load but would post it out.

I have a SIM card that's arrived and no instructions. Only QR code is to download app.

Have you received a physical SIM card through the post?

If you log into the EE app, do you have an option to download the eSIM in your app settings?

Thanks for replying.
I actually got a normal SIM.
I called the helpline the following morning and they helped set it up. I've
used the SIM posted to me receive the text I needed to activate my
downloadable SIM.
