&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you did not activate the SIM card in the UK and make a chargeable call or send a text message in the UK, then it will not work, as all SIM cards have to first be used and activated in the UK first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you know someone in the UK and you can send the SIM card to them to get it activated and have a chargeable call and text made on it and then sent back to you, then it will work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4312008"&gt;@Florin05&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; aside from not been able to activate it even if you could activate it, you would need to pay a roaming charge in order to use any allowance which will last for seven days roaming on PAYG isn’t free. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;your better of getting a local network operator sim as you live in Belgium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
