      <description>&lt;P&gt;Through EE app. However i cant even access my app anymore. The old sim i have is completely faulty, and i dont know where my new sim is??... also i am on a contract with ee. Does this mean they still take the money out from my bank??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, your plan is still charged as normal, even if the SIM is lost. I recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; from another phone, or popping into &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;your nearest EE Store&lt;/A&gt; to get a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
