Can I leave EE for another carrier but keep my phone number if I am not the bill payer ??

@Tommyg5 Only the bill payer can request the PAC code to have the number migrated to a different network. You’re not the account holder the bill payer is.

Also if you’re still within the contract term that contract will have to be paid off to the minimum term date.
