    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I ordered a replacement sim card for my iPhone (old one stopped working), I received today and replaced by around 2pm, it is now 4:20pm and still nor working. It recognise the network provider as EE but unable to make calls or receive texts. Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by the network provider being recognised? Does the phone show coverage indicators?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Katie,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume my old SIM was damaged as it suddenly said no SIM and I was not even able to turn on mobile data. With the replacement card I'm able to turn mobile data however I&amp;nbsp; can see it says no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I did try turn it on and off several times and no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
